Our Focus

Coaching through Aligned With Cali focuses on three interconnected areas of your life: inner security, purpose, and alignment. Together, these form the foundation for living with greater clarity and steadiness - for living a life that feels like you.


Inner security is about developing a sense of stability within yourself, so that your thoughts, emotions, and decisions feel less reactive and more grounded. From that place, it becomes easier to explore your purpose - not as something you need to chase or define perfectly, but as a clearer understanding of what matters to you and where you want to direct your energy. Alignment is where this comes into practice. It’s the ability to make choices, take action, and move through your life in a way that reflects both your internal stability and your sense of direction. Rather than feeling pulled in different directions, you begin to move with greater intention and consistency.


This work is not about becoming someone new. It’s about creating the conditions to return to yourself with more clarity, confidence, and steadiness.

Meet Coach Cali

I'm Cali - a coach-in-training, pursuing ICF certification and gaining my education through The Coach Training Academy. Like many people, I’ve experienced what it feels like to be caught in overthinking, uncertainty, and the pressure to “figure things out.” What shifted for me wasn’t finding the perfect answer - it was working with a coach and learning how to slow down, ask better questions, and build a more grounded understanding of myself. That experience is what led me to coaching.


Alongside building Aligned With Cali, I’ve spent the past several years working in the Canadian federal public service, where I’ve developed a strong foundation in structured thinking, problem-solving, and working through complex challenges. While that environment sharpened how I approach situations, it also showed me that not everything can be solved through logic alone.  On the side, I'm also a freelance tutor, supporting school‑aged learners in Math, English, and Science, helping them build skills and self‑confidence for success into their academic - and non-academic - future.

What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that strengthens your ability to understand your own perspective, make decisions, and take action in a way that feels right for you. It’s about building clarity, self-trust, and forward momentum that extends beyond any single session. Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or mentorship. It doesn’t focus on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, and it doesn’t involve giving you answers or step-by-step instructions. Instead, it supports you in developing your own insight and direction, so you can navigate your life with greater confidence and intention.
