With a small effort, belly breathing can help you realize how stress lives in my body. When I first started, I set an hourly timer and took two slow, belly breaths. Over time, I became more aware of tension and how quickly my body could resettle. It’s a simple way to start reconnecting with yourself, without needing to fix everything at once.
